This site is intended to introduce our Home in South Lake Tahoe
to our friends who are considering spending some time there.

We have decided to open up our Home in Tahoe to our friends and their families to enjoy.
We are doing this in an effort to help offset our ever-rising expenses.
This is not an investment rental property that we want to cash in on.
We would just like to offset some of our expenses.

We wish to preserve the Home and cozy feeling
and not turn our Home into a commonly encountered
Tahoe Party Vacation Rental.
Thus we intend to only rent our Home out a few times per year.
